Refund and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Ready-Made items may be returned:
To be eligible for a return, ready-made clothing must be returned within 48 hours of delivery (3 days) and must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors (including perfume, smoke, or deodorant), pet hair, makeup, or any signs of wear. All original tags must remain attached, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

Custom-Made or Personalized Clothing
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made garments, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless:
● The item arrives damaged.
● The wrong item was sent.
● There is a manufacturing defect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
● Your order number.
● Photos showing the issue.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items
● Customized clothing.
● Personalized embroidery.
● Altered garments.
● Clearance or final sale items.
● Gift cards.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
